In her health journey she also discovered teachings about how our brains function, how what we think literally affects us physically, and how we can control the chemicals we release in our bodies by positively controlling our thoughts. Through connection with the mind, breath and safe yoga postures, these stress release techniques are easily learned.
Because of her personal journey, she is passionate to share how to develop genuine positive thinking and the possibilities of finding healing through your thought life. You will always experience a positive supportive environment! She loves the challenge of offering modifications and props to meet many physical needs.
There is no “one size fits all” in Jamie’s approach to yoga, and she embraces the challenge of adapting yoga to each person’s physical needs.
